Alfred Grams Jr. passed away peacefully Monday, April 16, 2018, one week before his 89th Birthday. Born April 23, 1929, and raised in Philadelphia, he worked for Centennial School District as a school bus mechanic for 33 years. He was the chairman of Centennial Retirees Association. Al is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Dorothy Grams (Stymans); his daughters, Lynda Zook (Alan, deceased), Donna Faulkner, and Kariann Grams (Drew); and sons, Al Grams III (Ann), Ron Bones (Rita), Randy Grams, Jim Grams (Kim), and Dave Grams (Carol Anne); as well as 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. A loving thank you to Sara for the devoted bond with her Pop-Pop. The family would like to invite friends and family to his viewing from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. and service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday, April 23, (on Al’s birthday to celebrate his life), at Decker Funeral Home, 216 York Rd., Warminster. Procession to Forest Hills cemetery will follow. Al had a passion for gardening and his flowers, so family would like any flowers that are sent to be flowering bulbs or perennial flowers so they may plant them in his garden.
